This form is provided under the IQAS (Internal Quality Assurance System) and should be used to submit academic issues related to both academic and administrative services. It is intended to manage efficiently issues from students and academic staff of the degree courses taught at this Faculty.
You must complete this form with real, complete, accurate, and updated data. You will be the only person responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the Faculty of Geography and History of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or to a third party because of submitting false, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
This form shall be submitted to the office that you have specified. Your request should be written clearly in order to speed up the processing thereof.
